I invite you to find a comfortable place to sit or lie down, allow yourself to be completely supported, relaxing, completely Release your shoulders, release your arms, release your hands, your torso, your legs and your feet, and begin by breathing, allowing your breath to Completely fill your body, all the way down to your belly.

Rev Rachel Harrison:

Deep breaths.

Allowing your out breath to be release, releasing tension, rele, releasing stress.

Rev Rachel Harrison:

Allow your in-breath to be one of rejuvenation awareness the out-breath release.

Rev Rachel Harrison:

Stay mindful of your breath as it begins to have a normal pattern.

Rev Rachel Harrison:

The in and the out.

Rev Rachel Harrison:

Your body completely relaxed.

Rev Rachel Harrison:

Your body completely relaxed. Now envision that there is a beautiful, brilliant white light coming from above you, raining down from the skies, this incredible, beautiful, brilliant white light lowering and getting closer to your crown of your head. You can feel the warmth, you can feel the beauty of this light as it begins to enter the top of your head and radiate down your body head and radiate down your body, gently cascading through every cell, illuminating and radiating every part of you. Your heart wells with love and compassion. In this beautiful light you feel safe, you feel loved, you feel enveloped, you feel supported. The light continues to shimmer down your entire body and as it gets to your feet, you feel your feet grounding into the earth, roots beginning to grow into the soles of your feet, and if you're lying down, then you can feel your legs as they are grounded into the earth, this beautiful magic of this encompassing light and a grounding. Your breath continues to flow, rejuvenation and release. Now begin to bring to mind things that you are grateful for, what's around you that you love, what surrounds you in your home or your environment that gives you joy, slowly saying to yourself I am so grateful, I am so grateful, thank you for this. What is in your home, what is in your closet, what is in your kitchen? Little things make things, little things big things. Feeling those feelings of gratitude and appreciation for the abundance in your life. Thank you, thank you for these gifts. Thank you, thank you for these gifts.

Rev Rachel Harrison:

Now, moving on to people in our lives that we are so grateful for Friends, family, special relationships, those in our life who touch us and support us, who bring us joy, who allow us to be ourselves, feeling the warmth of those relationships, feeling the gratitude in these experiences with one another, our souls connected. Thank you so much for this person, thank you so much for this experience. I'm so grateful for this person. Allow yourself to really feel the love and the tenderness of each one of those relationships, some from the past, some in the present. Thank you, spirit, for these beautiful opportunities to connect, remembering moments of support, moments when you needed love and they brought you whatever you needed, that they saw you, they recognized who you are. Moments of laughter, moments of adventure, the trying times in life when they're there for you, trying times in life when you're there for them. Thank you for these relationships, thank you for these people. And now maybe you have pets that are so special to you, a moment of gratitude for past or present pets that bring so much compassion and love.

Rev Rachel Harrison:

Maybe it's not yours, maybe it's a friend's, just moments when you've reached out a hand and felt that soft fur and felt that unconditional love of an animal, allowing that light inside of you to be shining and radiating so brilliantly, so beautifully. As you have these moments of remembrance, your heart filling the breath, giving you life and release, and complete comfort and complete safety, the breath giving you life and release, in complete comfort, in complete safety, now allowing yourself to move into gratitude for times in your life, experiences that brought you such joy. Moments of awe, moments of laughter, times when you thought that you couldn't do something and then you did, you accomplished it. When you're proud of yourself, these are moments, big and small, gratitude for who you are and how you walk the earth. Thank you for the opportunity to show who I am, to express my gifts, to share them with the world Experiences of travel, experiences of collaboration, walking through the past in your life and touching on the touchstones of life with gratitude, awareness, feeling that love, that compassion, that tenderness, preciousness of this one special life, special life, feeling the love of all the people in your life, of the environment in which you live and the experiences that you've had Connecting to your breath. Now imagine the love that is of the universe, the unconditional, all-encompassing, supporting love. That is all that there is out there, the love of higher power, of divine energy, radiating throughout you through this beautiful white light, grounded to the earth and continuously filled with with ever-present joy. Allow that love to encompass every cell of your body. Breathe it in, feel it, touch every cell, cell.

Rev Rachel Harrison:

Begin to notice if there's any place within your heart that needs forgiveness, forgiveness being the ability to look beyond what the hurt is, to know that there is only learning in life, that there is no shame or guilt. It's experience, momentary experience, that in this space of unconditional love and acceptance, we can allow for completion, complete forgiveness, awareness that each experience brings us to our true self, deeper understanding that we have choice in how we choose to see it. We have choice in whether we choose to let it go, staying with the feeling of love, staying with the light, allowing any hurts that are within you to bubble up in this soft and gentle place. These could these could be grievances we have with ourself. They could be shame that we carry, allowing for a tenderness with ourselves to be able to be released, to know that there is only this beautiful light and love if we choose to see it, that we can open our eyes and see the purity of light, of connection, of union with the divine, that our experience is only fleeting and allows us to grow. We release the shame, we release the guilt, we release the past. It no longer serves us. It no longer serves us Embodying that beautiful white light of love and allowing it to have every memory of pain be dissipated, seeing it break up and shake away in this beautiful, safe place. You can let it go. It no longer serves you.

Rev Rachel Harrison:

An even deeper opening to a gratitude for what gifts were offered in that learning. Did it allow you to see a new direction? Did it allow you to see a new direction? Did it allow you to stand up for yourself? Did it allow you to see who you are in new ways, to be better to yourself, to be better with those in your life, to connect more deeply to your higher power?

Rev Rachel Harrison:

Every situation has a gift, but we need not hold on to the pain. It has served its purpose and we can let it go. Take a moment to reignite the light within you, if it has even dimly faded, allow it to re-brighten, feeling that bright white light of love, allowing your heart to well, allowing your heart to well, allowing your heart to be free, allowing your heart to be completely supported by spirit. In the eyes of source, there is no pain, there is no grievance. There is no pain, there is no grievance. There is only connection. We choose to see the pain and we can choose to let it go.

Rev Rachel Harrison:

With your light reignited, I invite you to bring to mind a person or a situation that might be causing you hurt. Bring them into the light, bring that situation into this beautiful place, knowing that in this place there is only safety, there is only peace. The pain is washed away. Can you find a gratitude in this place, even if it's small, a gratitude for what this relationship offered Insight, awareness, inner strength and free them from the bondage, free yourself from the bondage of the continued grievance, releasing all guilt and all judgment, knowing that they are on their path and you are on yours, releasing any spiritual or emotional contracts that may be held, feeling that you are responsible for them, responsible for the situation, bringing the light into this place and completely letting go of the need to hold on to it any longer, allowing it to dissipate. Completely released in this light, they no longer have power over you. You are taking your strength and your power back. This situation, this person, no longer affects you. You can release the past. This is forgiveness.

Rev Rachel Harrison:

Allow yourself to be completely encompassed by this white light now, completely relaxed, safe, knowing that here all is well, knowing that you can always come to this place to release, to open to gratitude, to see the beauty of your life and to let go of all that that no longer serves you. Life, and to let go of all that that no longer serves you. You are open to the beauty of life, no longer burdened by past pain. This light is always with you, always in your heart. You are supported, you are loved, you are whole.

Rev Rachel Harrison:

This is the place of spirit. This is the love of spirit. This is the release of our human feelings, our human experience. You do not need to be in a place of suffering or pain. The release lets it go and comes to this place of unconditional love. You are unconditional love. You are unconditional love. You are in the light, you are loved, you are released. You release, you are loved, and as you begin to come back from this place, you will bring with you the healing and you will be reminded, when you begin to feel the pain, that you no longer need it, that you have set it free, close your eyes and feel this beautiful white light and release and in those moments say the word release and come back to this place of wholeness and love. You are love you.
